those parts... for example, the Stillen front a-arms are copies of the ones from Central20 and their rear a-arms are copies of the Border/Midori/Nismo ones... those companies came out with those suspension pieces long before Stillen did. I believe you have to show it to be an original solution to a problem to get a patent, and in these cases, who knows who it was who thought up of using threaded rod-ends in suspension pieces in the first place? You can have copyright, but that only applies to more or less exact copies of the item. Even then, it is rarely enforceable, as I was told by the machine shop when I designed my radiator air guide.
